The window cleaner charges a bit though, didn't like it aparently when the security staff started using long poles to push away what they thought were scaling ladders...

Update time. I have had my trial lesson with the new guy (in case you can't rememebr, he is of Italian heritage, but I would guess he's either lived here virtually all hs life, or he's 2nd/3rd generation).

He's over the border in Wales, but in fact over 10 miles nearer than the other two guys (and no the guy who cancelled at short notice has not been back in touch and I'm not chasing).

He runs a teaching practice and recording studios from the premises. He's roughly my sort of age and unliek the other guy has a wide knowledge of genres.

Looks promising so far....
