If you want a challenge, try the opening page of the Bernstein Chichester Psalms (bit over a minute in before the music starts) it settles into 7/4 after the first page... I have sung this four times now - it is REALLY hard!

6/4, 6/4, 3/4, 3/8, 5/4, 2/4, 5/8, 6/4, 2/4, 5/4

Turn page...

5/4, 7/4 and the rest of the movement stays in 7/4.

Actually, 7/4 does feel like it limps - in this case it feels like two minim beats plus slightly longer minim (which is the odd minim-plus-crotchet) so: lah / lah / ta-ta-ta
