Saxophones I'm trying to identify what model of Blessing Saxophone this is.

That saxhorn is impressive.
As for the Dixon brand, it is the subject of numerous trademark filings in the United States and Europe. The brand has been in use since 1982, and Reliance International Corp is the group behind these filings. They are behind several brands whose production has not yet been defined.
In addition to Dixon, they own Antigua and Antigua Winds.
Regarding the Blessing mentioned earlier, I don't see any striking resemblance to Jupiter, so as far as I'm concerned, the search isn't over yet ?

You are welcome to keep searching as long as you like. Having refurbished 100+ Jupiters and a good three dozen modern Blessings as well as Olds and Evettes...which are other common Jupe stencils....I am 90% sure it's a Jupe, just with a changed alt F# touch...common to obfuscate the maker a bit. A lot of telltale details match a 789....

The late versions of Keilwerth ST90 and EX90 were stencils made by Jupiter for Keilwerth company (or the parent company?)

I think Bob Ackermans brother worked for F.E. Olds and Son. Inc. in NJ.

As for the "Made in Taiwan" aspect, I’m not making any claims—these are just questions I’m asking myself, not answers!
I looked for the instrument that most closely resembles this saxophone, and I’m taking a different approach.

On the left, a Roy Benson 0312, and onthe right, the Blessing 0710.
Comparaison Ténor Roy & Benson 0312 et Blessing.webp

There are saxophones marked "Roy Benson by Dixon," which suggests that this brand is linked to Dixon.
The only difference found is the high bridge holding the keys for G and C sharp, B, and B-flat.
On the 0312, there is no bridge; on later models, there is one.

That is why I was only talking about Relliance, which is another major Taiwanese manufacturer.
Cordialement.

Here's what I am looking at, based solely on the pics you have provided here...which, honestly do not tell too much.

Style of body ferrules, style of neck receiver, shape of spat touches, design of the kingpost holding the pinky table...

Here's what is not pictured but would help make my theory more definitive, or not....

Octave mech from touch to stem

Bellbrace and its escutcheons on bell and body

The style of the pantguard

The neck including clear shot of octave key

I can also say that tge Blessings I have bought, serviced, resold....were Jupes. I literally bought them or accepted as trade in's because I knew they were Jupes (same with the particular Evettes and Olds). Because all significant details matched the corresponding Jupe model 687/9 and 787/9.

Now, again, your pics omit visual access to some of the telltales, so, that's where my 10% uncertainty lies....

If the photos aren't great, it's simply down to the quality of what I can find.
The photos from this Blessing are quite simple.

As for the right-hand guard, there's this Roy Benson model.
Roy Benson 207042
The other 0710 is there.
On the Jupiter models, the low C and Eb keys are articulated on three posts, on the Roy models and on these Blessing models there are 4.
The key guard mounting systems on the Roy models are similar to those on the Blessing. I didn't understood for the octave mechanism—they are Selmer copies !
