Chris is the name. 50-something teacher. About a year playing sax, mostly self-taught and for fun.

At this time of life you have to do something which involves loud noises, complicated mechanicals and shiny metal and I did not want a motorbike or sports car!

Have a BW tenor and soprano. Took a while to be able to play all the notes reliably - now just have to make them all sound good, all the time. Find the sop harder to play than the tenor but love that the sound is so different between them.
