Hi!
Well, I can say about myself I'm from Chile, I play mainly Tenor (Buffet SDA 1963) for Jazz and Baritone (King Zephyr) for playing Cumbias!!! I'm finishing my career in "General medicine" in the University of Chile.
If you want to listen to some good chilean cumbias, just tell me ;}

Hi There!

A Big Welcome to Cafe Sax from the People's Republic of Skabertawe, twinned with Patagonia. I had not realised until recently
that Buffet were the first manufacturers of saxophones - way before Selmer and others. I would be very keen on hearing some Cumbias if you can set that up. The only music that I know from your part of the world involves Dino Saluzz and his Tenor Sax playing brother Felix (on "Navidad de los Andes" - ECM).
