I’m working on an old 1929 Couesnon baritone and thought I’d make a harness for it that is also “vintage”, I was offered a bunch of old horse bridles/ tackle so I figured I’d use the leather and make some brass parts.
Used the neotech as a model and modified it a bit.
Surprisingly comfortable and not too heavy. We will see how it works out, if you have any ideas for future improvements please let me know.

Looks great! Might need some extra padding on the shoulder straps-they look quite narrow? There's nothing like well softened leather-does it smell?
Thanks, I'm definitely considering how to add something and what to use for padding. it is surprisingly OK so far but I haven't played for a long time yet. as for the leather, washed with saddle soap to resoften it and lots of beeswax to follow - it smells great!
