NON-Routine maintenance
Forum may experience some downtime today any time after 14:00 BST (or 06:00 PDT 09:00 EDT). This is due to critical PHP vulnerabilities that may be affecting the majority of websites worldwide.
The downtime may be between the point at which attacks could be launched and the release of a PHP patch to fix the issue which is now scheduled so should not be down for long.
Update: this is currently being patched as we speak. There may be a short outage when the server is rebooted.
Please don't panic - just take deeep breaths or go and practice.
