Accessories BT Ear buds 2022

It did - but you also raised a good question; what does "what is it" mean. Very philosophical. And, anyway, no one reacted to my joke at British telecom's expenses... :cat:
Any British Telecom joke struggles to come across the channel or the pond, I guess.

My main & first buds are Jabra 7 elite sport
Just thought I'd add.
My buds found there way into the washing machine! The first inkling I had of a problem was my phone trying to connect to them spontaneously...
... One No 11 cycle later ...
... They still basically work!
(Sound a bit tinny.... thought)

Which is nice.

My wife forgot hers (Noname) also and I think they are still working.

I stored them in a box with rice to absorb as much humidity as possible.

Back to sound quality vs connectivity,
for the 'borg crowd (Apple)

I resisted the ubiquitous, overpriced, status-y airpods for
years. But got some as a gift this year, and was ready to hate.
I was wrong. They sound pretty good, for non- sealing pods.
If they fit your ears, (i.e. don't fall out) then they do a fair semblance
of flat response- with the obligatory bass boost, of course, because consumer product.

And the connectivity is excellent for 'borg products.
They say they work for others, but I haven't tried that yet.

listens for a living.

They might be great for listening music but please do not use them for Microsoft Teams calls - Myself and my colleagues have had to ask many people to stop using them: it's embarrassing when you're trying to interview someone who's probably nervous enough already and further denting their confidence. I don't know about normal telephone calls or other video conferencing - the microphone quality is terrible - doesn't help it being on the side of your head as opposed to in front of your mouth an the 'AI' noise cancellation makes things worse
