In another playing post about practice exercises Arock provided a link to a site by John Fierra where he gives list of rifts and gives a demo of playing them.

I find this very useful and wondered if anyone else knows of similar sites where impro rifts are available with demos I'm sure there must be lots but I Am absolutely hopeless at finding this sort of stuff on the pc can anyone give some more links that they have used and found helpful......John

Yep that's the one I was just wondering if there were a lot more or videos showing jazz rifts with demo playing ....John
