The circle of fifths has little to do with your current problem.
A1 on a saxophone is Lh 12. Second space up on the stave.
We don't name non existent positions.
The next key is the most convenient key.
If one note transposes two semitones, then all notes transpose two semitones.
If you transpose the sax part the backing track needs the same treatment.

Just play the notes with the same name but in a different position.
If there's an A two ledger lines below the stave play it an octave higher. Lh12.
After becoming familiar with the piece you may want to move whole phrases an octave up to make more musical sense.
