That's quite interesting, and good to know! I'm currently learning on a Hanson SA-5 alto, with a Vandoren AL4 MPC, Legere Signature 2.5 and BG ligature.

Quick update, just finished today's practice, and I think Thomas's concept of making the sax sing has a lot of merit. I think that my middle D is still very stuffy though, but more work will overcome it 🙂

MIddle D stuffiness can be cured by adding LH palm D...
