Places online to learn about playing Bebop?

I wish i'd been able to start learning sooner :( But ten years will fly by, especially when doing something I love.

In an interview with Paul Desmond, Parker said... three to four years of practicing up to fifteen hours a day.

My brain doesn't work fast enough to contemplate trying to play bebop.

Thought I'd have a go at Donna Lee. It's not that difficult at slow speed. Lots of Rpeggios often starting on the third and going on up through 9ths. rhythm is easy. Quite a few flat 6ths. Many bars start on a chord tone approached from a semitone above or below. Anybody notice anything else?

This tune seems more like a transcribed solo to me, probably is. It's a very good example though of (IMO) good melodic bebop impro the way it uses the chord tones and approach notes.

Steve neff has some books on the subject and gives online lessons.
