Pain in the Neck

Pain, exercise, and posture makes for a real discussion. At my ripe, middlin' age, posture is something that needs maintenance, and a bit of practice/thought, daily!

It would be good to graduate from my Yamaha alto strap to a better one. How about a fairly low cost strap suggestion, anyone?

Define low, the sax holder is about £40.

I'm seeing a TRUMENDOUS improvement since I started using the sax holder.
I'm on physiotherapy around a week now, changed some details at my office, and the jazzlab sax holder..... it's a miracle.

I played 1 1/2 hours yesterday my tenor, and I had no neck strain at all.

An alto will feel like feather.

It's priceless. I bought it locally for 45 euros.

Happy for you. I thought saxholders were over priced until I bought one. Goodbye pain in neck and thumbs. Spread the word!

Really happy with mine. Well worth the money. I'd have given up bari, tenor and probably alto without it.
