Nearly got this tongueing licked

A few months back I reluctanly owned up to the fact that I mostly played legato and didn't like playing with my tongue as it was so spitty I couldn't see the point. After a bit of a stiff talking and a few tips from the chaps I did knuckle down but it was still very spitty.

Well suddenly last week I started tongueing the notes just like that! No spit (well hardly) and just doing it without thinking. It's like someone crept into my brain in the night and added a tongueing brain cell.

How weird is that. Now I just need someone to add a timing brain cell ..... :whistle:

Unfortunately, humans don't grow new brain cells, so you've probably lost one somewhere else.

Its only possible to drive on one side of the road at a time. Or are we just sheep!!
