Learning saxophone repair courses etc

Sue, it was great fun. Turned out it was just me and Daniel (the guy that runs it). He said there was one more expected but they didn't turn up (might have been Dee). Learnt a lot and would recommend it highly, a great way to spend a day.

Timbo. Great to see you posting again, after a while away, or have I just missed your posts ?How goes the Tenor. Music wise. But Don't be a stranger ! I am still posting regularly mainly because I'm the stubborn type, and I like to annoy the hell out of my detractors. Anyway good to read your posts, and hope to hear your dulcet tones in your soundclips soon. 🙂

Sounds great. Bet you had a great time. Wish I'd been free. Maybe next time.

Jim, no worries, tenor's fighting back as always 😉 Been a bit busy, hopefully it'll slow down soon. Hope all's well with you.

Sue, you'll love it, well worth a trip

Planning on going on the Cambridge course soon and also have a couple of other courses to go on after I get through the basics . I brought the complete woodwind repair guide by reg thorpe from Amazon and it's fantastic I still haven't done any repair yet but I now have a book and 2 instruments to repair so just need to start buying tools and materials .

I'm sure the course will be useful and lots of brains to pick on here when you start repairing, good luck 🙂
