Is this a tenor or c-melody neck?

The ad says Tenor, but I was looking at it, and it looks too short and the curve appears too extreme to be for a Bb Tenor. Do you think it is, or is it a c-melody neck?

Looks like a Martin to me. Have a look at this web site, lots of pics of necks of C and Tenor saxes.

I think, but I'm far from sure, it is a Tenor.

I can't tell from the Ebay photo whether it is a B flat or C-melody neck, but I am certain that it IS off of a Martin Handcraft horn of one or the other pitch.
