It's funny, but I was suspicious that I didn't hear him saying anything that sounds remotely like "Boris", "Gove" or "European". So I went and had a look at the comments on YouTube (with some trepidation - they're usually full of information-free insults). I found this article about the spoof. Still - it is funny!

I think this guy's been used over and over in various contexts. My Spanish is not good enough to understand what this guy says, but I've seen other versions of him in other postures. A few years ago... It's only the subtitles that are changed!

yes, those Hitler Parodies are great. My favourite was the Andy Carroll one, when he signed for Liverpool.
Really funny.

I had already checked if there were some Hitler Brexit versions. There are a few on You Tube already.

I think I found the Spanish one funny because of the guys laugh. I find it very hard not to laugh when someone is really going for it..... laughter wise.
I suspect others will also have used this clip for humour purposes over the years.

A bit of the "laughing policeman " vibe going on. ie Difficult not to laugh at the laughter.
