"Merry Christmas, Baby" is a nice blues song covereed by many artists from Chuck Berry, BB King, Otis Redding through to Hanson. I've found a really nice version featuring great sax from Candy Dulfer.

Her versions are in A major, modulating to B for the sax solo and outro, but I am having difficulty hearing the changes.
It seems like each bar (except for bars 9 & 10) rocks between A and D etc, so the changes (in concert pitch) go something like:
|A/D/|A/D/|A/D/|A/D/|
|D/G/|D/G/|A/D/|A/D/|
|E/E/|D/D/|A/D/|A/D/|
Or am I reading too much into it, and is it just a normal 12 bar with one chord per bar ?
Can anyone help ?
Thanks in advance
Rhys
PS I've got Candy's solo transcribed off the record and there is some great stuff in there.
