Hi folks. Have just joined the forum and looking forward to exchanging news and views. Teaching myself the soprano sax at present, and have a Selmer Liberty. An excellent horn for the price. I also play a Buffet E13 b flat clarinet.

If anybody is finding it difficult getting to get to grips with a soprano stick at it. It’s very rewarding.

Thanks for the welcome. Looking forward to exchanging news and views.

Welcome to the Café.
I have been neglecting my soprano of late in favour of its bigger cousins.

Hi Nigeld Would love to have a go at some of the bigger cousins some time. Had a go on an Alto a few years ago and enjoyed it, but my first love is the sop. Just love the way it holds and am discovering it’s different ‘ voices ‘. It’s a straight.

Hi Rod, how's it going? Here in Devon we are constantly looking westwards for the next deluge - it's not Monmouth, but it's unnerving. Hope you're managing to keep the water out.
How's the sop?
