Thanks to me for posting this. I'd forgotten about it. The song appears in a 1950 Film called Young Man with a Horn. Based on the life and times of Bix Beiderbecke played by Kirk Douglas. Doris day sings it while Kirk chats to Lauren Bacall. Be careful when you google it. I came up with some disturbing pictures. Oh what the hey. I'll google it for you
