The glottal effect of rolling R's a la Francaise (sorry no cedilla) or Eccossaise is not the same for me at as as a flutter tongue. Quite different motion

I rarely use flutter outside of the stack keys but I jsust gave it a try and I am absolutely the opposite from @John Laughter. I have no problem down on the bell keys but the palm keys on tenor take focussed effort and I have no control over the note above palm F.
