1. Long tones with tuner

I’d suggest long notes without a tuner but combined with other exercises. Or play long notes in intervals with a drone.

I'm a part time Salfordian as I "work" there, we could always get together at my unit near media city and make a racket!

I asked a similar question although I was having issues with intonation on my Buescher Bari.

The general advice was, more air, more breath support.

As well as the size of the Bari, I think that because it's so low can deter you from giving it some as it sounds big & loud.

Go give it some.

I'm not entirely sure how I ended up playing Bari in the orchestra, it just kind of happened.
