What type of reed do you play with, Make, Strength?

I play with Vandoren reeds( i have used Rico as well)and strength i go for 1 or 1.5.

You?

Edit:i play Alto

Hi Simon. I use Various reeds across my horns; on soprano either Rico Royal 2.5 or Plasticover 3, on alto Alexander Superial 2.5, Rico Jazz Select 2H or Rico Royal 2.5, on tenor RJS 2M or 2H, or Rico Royal 2 or 2.5. As you can see, I'm quite flexible with reeds, but I like the Alexanders on my alto best, and would probably use them on soprano and tenor if I could get them locally.

Cheers, Bob

Vandoren V16 number threes on tenor, though, if I'm feeling less raucous than usual I tend to have a few Vandoren Javas on hand to try and render my normal honkage rather more tasteful. I've been tempted to swap to Rico Jazz 2H or 3S due to alleged superior quality control- but i'm currently thinking, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
When I had my old Baritone my Runyon Smoothbore had such an 'in your face' character that you could stick more or less any reed on it and it sounded exactly the same! Though i'd normally go for Rico Royal 3.5s..

Currently I use:
Soprano - RJS 2S with a Yam 4C mouthpiece(though I need some harder reeds and a wider mouthpiece, it's closing up on me when I'm playing loudly).

Alto - Vandoren ZZ 2.5 or RJS 2H with Ottolink STM 6 and Vandoren Classic 2.5 with Selmer S80 C*

Tenor - Vandoren ZZ 2.5 with un-branded freebie mouthpiece (can't wait till a real one arrives!) or Selmer S80 E mouthpiece

Baritone - Rico Royal 3 or 3.5 with Selmer S80 C* mouthpiece dependent upon Orchestral setting or Jazz setting.
