Tech/maintenance What lacquers, epoxies etc. are you techs using in your shop to touchup/refinish saxes

Wanting to be able to touch up saxes after repair and also finish over "forced" or natural patina. I am familiar with touching up guitar finishes with lacquer and superglue and renaissance wax for some things. DIY'd a few car finishes over the years too. I have an HPLV sprayer set up. Some good rattle can brands would be good too.

For small areas, clear nail polish. Comes in it's own little bottle. Cheap as chips. Easy to apply and quick drying.

Nikolas Special Gold Colored #2105 Lacquer - JAX Chemical Company

Produces a simulated 24 kt. gold color when applied to polished or satin finished brass. Has the same durable qualities as the 2105 Clear Lacquer.
