Playing the trumpet and saxophone has not really been a handicap for James Morrison...he's quite good isn't he...
In fact my late maternal grandfather played trumpet and saxophone to a high level and I play trumpet and saxes as well...here in NZ back in the 1920s through to the 1960s it was an accepted double.
