Came across this series of Video podcast about Sonny Rollins, http://www.sonnyrollins.com/podcasts.php
looks like good material, also Bret Premak Jazz video's another great resource. The main problem is in watchin and not playing one's own horn!
Like everything..... correct focus is the Key!
