Saxophone solo Parchman Farm

Does anyone know of any versions of Mose Allison's Parchmrnt Farm which feature sax solos? I've got a dep gig coming up soon and, apparently. The big tenor number in thr set is that one.
I'd be interested to know what other folks have done with it in the past ( @Pete Thomas - I thought this might be your specialist area?)

Parchman rather than Parchment. Mose played it when I saw him in London in the 80s but that was just a trio.

It was played quite a lot by Georgie Fame and also Van Morrison when Georgie played with him. There are quire a few live recordings by one or both of them but if they had horns in the band I haven't heard any significant solos.

Well I know and love the song but never played on a version so I can't help musch. For the style of one chord type jazz solos I'd look to maybe Jimmy Giuffre. Totally different feel and tempo but I like the way both of these deal with little harmonic movement.
