I'm developing a liking for Pee Wee's session recordings (not heard anything he has fronted)... am I being nibbled at, if not bitten, by jazz!!! :?

Does anyone listen to/rate him or suggest any of his own recordings?

PEE WEE......oh yes yes yes yes... the number 1 tenor funk player..
his best stuff as far as im concerned is with Maceo Parker & Fred Wesley.. "Life on Planet groove"live album.. springs to mind ..but most James Brown stuff you will find him on..His last album which i cant remember the name of(its back in my works collection)has about half good half wishy washy tracks..
but check out "Cold Sweat" on the James Browns " Foundations in Funk" album he plays a nice alto solo..
