Pete mentioned this guy, and I've been googling for a coupla days and listening to John Hart's playing, for anybody who likes Rock'n'Roll sax listen to him closely, he's just redefining it for me completely, I've been playing rockin sax for 40 years and I'm just gonna have to relearn how to play it, it has the cajun touch but that doesn't alter the fact that it's rock'n'roll. truly amazing.

I saw him at Dingwalls back in the early 80s.

He was led on stage, stood completely still in front of the mic (he's blind) and played the most rockin sax I'd heard since Lee Allen and you're right - he does redefine rock and roll saxophone.
