Help me find some new listening pleasure!

Wow! Thanks for all of the great suggestions! I have a lot of listening to do!! :D I knew I came to the right place!

If you like Nir Felder, he often plays with Trumpeter, Keyon Harold, who is definitely worth a listen. As is Marcus Strickland, on Tenor and Soprano. Shabaka Hutchings with Sons of Kemet. Christian Scott and Arve Henriksen on Trumpet also.

All good suggestions above, probably enough to fill your listening hours for a few months.
What i like doing in between practice and at the end of practice is to go on YouTube and listen randomly to various artists.
Guaranteed to find something you like

Both producing a great sound on these old horns
Yup. Not just old, but we are talking pre-'40's split-bell key horns.

Old-old.

Someone also recently shared a vid of Charles Lloyd form '16, performing on a Chu Berry.

Many consider these axes anachronistic, but this reinforces that they really are not...

(sorry for digression)

Search for Stanley Samuel on YouTube. He plays Bollywood songs on the saxophone. I love his sound. He inspired me to take up the saxophone two years ago. Go Stanley!
