For any of you who are familiar with this book I am in the process of putting together the 'Companion Tape' - in my case a collection of mp3s - but I am stuck for the following tracks:

I Remember Clifford - Rita Reys (vocal version).
Manhattan - Art Farmer.
Old Word New Imports - Hank Mobley.
Out Of Nowhere - Bing Crosby (vocal version).
Satellite - Denny Zeitlin.
Squaty Roo - Duke Ellington.
SubconsciousLee - Lee Konitz.
Weaver Of Dreams - Carmen McRae (vocal version).
Yardbird Suite - Eddie Jefferson (vocal version).
You Can Depend On Me - Dexter Gordon.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Similar substitutes are acceptable.

Yeah good on yer Colin - admirable goal. In many cases it'd be far easier to find a substitute and not the original... there are zillions of versions of Blue Moon (esp vocal versions), Cherokee (eg Earl Bostic), I Remember Clifford, Out of Nowhere, Satellite, Weaver of Dreams (eg Cannonball & Coltrane)

Try the library, the net (itunes, emusic, classicsandjazz.co.uk, themusicresource.com to name a few)...
