Greetings, ladies and gents,
And first of all thanks for letting me join!

I played clarinet in my Middle School (dreaming about switching to the sax), then it was almost nothing for five or seven years and I after that I started playing guitar (just to relax).
But I believe that no one is too old to learn, at least I hope so!, so after a long break I would like to try again and get back to my teenage dreams. Unfortunately, as I mentioned above, I'm a guitar player mostly, and that's why I came here: to learn and listen. Long story short, I'm planning to take lessons with a teacher before switching to online courses, but I'd like to find a proper equipment first.
Guess I shouldn't ask anything here, in my introduction, so I'll wait for the right moment.

So thanks again, and have a nice day,
- Josh

Welcome to the cafe :)

Finding proper equipment will be fun! Best advice I could give (after I panic-bought my sax) is to try lots out. Perhaps buy a student second hand horn to begin with (one that is in good working order), have a toot on it and learn the fingerings, then progress as your wallet allows
