Band gear set up

Surely music is a co-operative venture, if not you'll need a sensitive tyrant as band leader, or a gun.

You do have guitarists in your band do you?

Yes, Bill, I sometimes gig with two guitarists in a blues set up and the banjo player in the trad band I work with has a guitar which, fortunately, stays in its case most of the time. He's very good at banjo. I once did a Django tribute gig in NZ, on bass guitar, there were four guitarists but three were indistinguishable, pumping away.
