Unfortunately, the conjunction is not visible form my house or even the road outside, it is too low down and the ground to the west is higher than me. So I had to take a walk up the little hill behind me (the quickest way of getting there is to drive a little way down the bypass and park up then there's a footpath up to the top, otherwise its a slog through deep mud and brambles...
From there, there is a reasonable 360 degree panorama, which includes a view of the distant mountains of Snowdonia.
This was the set-up I used last night - a zoom lens set to 150mm f/2.8 ISO 400. This photo of the set-up has caught the conjunction - so you can get it with a phone camera. I would have liked to have taken a shot with one of my telescopes, but not practical to get the gear up the hill without a team of people.
