Clarinet? It's one of them rare wooden saxophones with a wasp stuck in it.:rolleyes:
 
There was a bit of a thing going on in the 70s where all these horn players were connecting their instruments up to wah-wah pedals, phase shifters, echoplexes and various guitar pedals...check out John Klemmer with the echoplex, Sanborn's alto playing on Bowie's (and Luther Vandross) tune "Fascination" on the "Young Americans" album and The Breckers Brothers used various effects as well on trumpet and tenor sax...
