Saxophone beginners Yamaha YS 23 alto saxophone issue

Yamaha YS 23 alto saxophone high d key sounds flat, even when I have tuned the sax to A440.

I'm puzzled. All other keys have the correct pitch.

Do you mean D played with the left hand palm key plus octave, or D played with lh123,rh123?

If it's the first, the key probably isn't opening properly. If it's the second, it's a common design issue, corrected by adding lh palm D.
