Hi ,
I have just got a gorgeous YTS 62 I believe it’s a early one serial number 033325 and it has the non linked rocking table .
Can anyone tell from the engraving as I believe they changed over the years .

The previous owner said it around 1995-97 .
Any information appreciated.

Regards

Sorry about this but Crikey, its beautiful.. immaculate. Well done.
Just bought a 2015 Bauhaus Walstein M2 pro Alto sax and its new but old stock. But it has no marks or scratches on it.
Will post pictures on the weekend.

I was interest in a Yamaha YAS-62 MkII but funds are a bit short as buying a house soon. Plus buying from Japan can incur duty.

It's what I call the Mk.1a. Same as the old purple logo, but with an embossed logo.
The Mk.II featured the tilting bell key table (among other tweaks).
It's a nice bit of kit.

Mine has serial number 044xxx.
It has a stamped Logo, tilting table, MOP key touches, stainless-steel blunt springs, black logo on neck.
According to Yamaha it was made in February 1998.
