After much agonising I can no longer justify owning this beautiful instrument. So the time has come to pass on to a more deserving owner.🙁
The Sax is like new in the original case (including keys, sling and Yanagisawa mouthpiece).
Also included are an Otto link 7* metal mouthpiece, a PPT 7* mouthpiece and a Yamaha mouthpiece all with ligatures and caps.
Sax and case have never been outside the house since the day I brought them home and it has had little use.

I'm not doing this to make a huge amount so I will be realistic, new this little lot would run to £4000 so I think a far price would be £2000 what more could you want half price! :w00t:

I would also specify that the buyer collect as this is a lot of cash and I would not feel right selling without you trying first.

No not giving up rationalising, as I said I'm not trying to get my money back or anything like that I believe it's a fair price in light of the fact I'm asking the potential buyer collect but I would not be comfortable if they had not tried the instrument first.

Nope, not if the OP wanted the title to make it clear it had been withdrawn, as this can only be done by a mod.

Kev?

Does it sound fishy that the sale withdrawal is announced by a moderator?

JonF is perfectly correct. With hindsight I should have also put in my post, by request of OP. There is no hidden agenda here. OP has decided to keep the sax.

Re: Yanagisawa T992 tenor with several mouthpieces.

Very sensible, keeping it. But then I would say that, given that a T992 is my tenor of choice.

I decided to give it another chance as the offers just did not make selling worth while.
Nothing fishy about the withdrawal just getting any worth while offers, now I will have to try to keep out of the garage and play some more sax ;}
