Saxophones Who made this Winston Stencil Tenor - 1950's-60's Italy

I need help to identify the manufacturer of this 60's era sax. It's stenciled Winston and has a serial number stamp and "Made in Italy".
The owner says that he bought it used in 1966. The bell brace is quite unique. The brace looks to be identical to the one on this Ebay alto, which is also a stencil sax and an information dead end to me. https://ebay.us/m/PkJw7m
E.M.Winston is a 1980's company so I've ruled them out.
