Ligatures Who is "RM France" stamped on this ligature - PHOTOS>>>

Any ideas who "RM France" is? This came as an extra with a sax I bought...

it is usually from a French brand "riffault" mouthpiece, just a regular, do the job ligature,not so rare or as expensive as some other French stuff we all know of..
