Sheet Music Which Trill do I Use?

Hello Saxophone Cafe Community,
I was looking through my new piece, The Great Locomotive Chase for bari sax, and then I saw a trill for B on the bar lines. So I went to my trill chart and there was 2 ways to trill it. Going from B to C or B to C#. Which one do I use?

Thank You.

Unless it is written tr #, or tr b you generally trill to the next note a step above in the key the piece is written in. For example if the song has two or more sharps you would trill to C#. If it does not, you would trill to C natural.

Similar threads... or are they? Maybe not but they could be worth reading anyway 😀
