When Sunny Gets Blue

Having been missing from the Forum for half of July (and because Reflections was ****** difficult) I decided to pass on the BOTM for this month.

When Sunny Gets Blue is one of my all time favourite songs since I first heard it in the early Sixties sung by Julie London. Never thought I would ever be able to play it on anything let alone a tenor sax. But here it is and I am quite pleased with it.

It also means that my July has not been totally wasted on boring things like holidays 🙂

This is a good effort and especially difficult playing without a backing track and at the bottom of the instrument. Not sure why you chose to make it so difficult for yourself, but you sure aren't a sissy! Find a backing (talk to Chris?) and put it up a fifth. I think you'll find that you can sound even better!
