Accessories warburtons embouchure trainer

I'm sure this has already been posted on here but as i cannot find a search engine (the check if already posted button doesn't seem to work)
- will try again - am thinking of buying a warburtons embouchure trainer for the sax - do they do what they say?
In your experience what effect has it had on your playing - has your playing and tone improved??

You should see a Google Custom Search box on the right just below the Sax coffee cup. Please let me know if you can't see this.

Using that to search for: warburton embouchure trainer
brought up three threads.

Thought Warburtons made bread but if they are selling those things, they probably still are.
