I just got a Morgan 3C classical mouthpiece for my tenor sax, and it is very nice.

So I am keen to try an alto one.

I know it’s a long shot, but if anyone has a Morgan 3C or a 5C classical alto mouthpiece sitting unloved in their mouthpiece collection then I would be interested in buying it.

You must be keen if you want to pay a million quid for a mouthpiece, I would suggest buying one from Dave Hoskins at Junkdude - maybe a lot cheaper even with Pommy custom charges included...

I’m expecting to pay quite a bit less.

Presumably a 6-digit serial number.

But throwing the Mk VI on top of the mouthpieces doesn’t sound like a very good idea to me.

I just bought one Morgan 5 alto mouthpiece from Stuart of woodwinds exchange in Bradford today. It is a great mouthpiece. I had not known this brand until Stuart told meYou may want to give him a call. He may have several in store as a Morgan dealer

Good to know that there is a Morgan dealer in the UK. Howarth have a few but otherwise I had thought I would have to get one from the States.

I have a Tenor Morgan 3C and it is great, which is why I am looking for one for alto.
