Im looking for a keilworth jazz mouthpiece for my alto, can anyone help me?

There's one on eBay UK right now, due to finish shortly. Item number 140382188535

It's labelled as an ESM Schreiber, which is the company that makes Keilwerth mouthpieces. They're exactly the same, just badged under the maker's own name rather than Keilwerth.
