I mentioned this in the one of the other Walstein threads, but either no one noticed or cared, but since this is shiney and new, I thought I'd mention the shiney new model Sop again!!

It seems to appeared a week or two ago, and it's the little brother of the Silver Walstein Alto that Pete tried (Roo Pads and Ceramics, etc). Given that it's just about a grand on the WW&B site, is it still likely to offer great value for money, compared to the Bronze model??

Cheers

T.

Well, if it's anything like my 'prototype' pro-quality alto, it will be luvverly.....I guess Pete will try one sooner or later!

I did try it and it's great. It has a brighter sound than my Phosphor bronze one.

Pete, if you decide to upgrade at any point let me know and I'll talk to you about liberating your Phos Bronze Sop.

Cheers
