Beginner vibrating noise..buzz sound

Why don't you wet the reed more and see what happens.

It could be that your embouchure is not yet sufficient to hold that note. Play some long tones.

I read on previous threads you were having trouble with your horn...

1), Have you taken it to a repair tech yet?

2). Have you tried different reeds?

3). Like Jim suggests play some long tones...

4). Soprano sax is not the easiest sax to play...the great soprano player Dave Liebman in an interview several years ago stated it took him 18 months to 2 years of playing every day to master the soprano - he felt it a lot harder than flute or clarinet to play.

Ask your teacher.

You need someone in person to listen, look at your sax, embouchure etc and advise.
