Reeds Vandoren V12 reeds

I see that Vandoren have started to make V12 reeds for the sax. I understand that they have been making them for clarinet for years.

Has anyone tried these, and if so, what were your views?

They come out at £26 a box from Reeds Direct, so a bit pricey. I usually use superials DC, which are themselves at he top end of the price scale, but these are £4 a box more. So I am being tight fisted and thought I would see if anyone had tried them before I parted with my hard earned cash.

I use the V12s for clarinet playing, and they are lovely.

I haven't tried the sax version yet though.
