Saxophones Thought on Conn 16M anyone - Worth trying?

I've come across one in good condition at a reasonable price.

Does anyone have any comments from personal experience on the 16M?

Depends a lot on the age, they were produced over a 30-odd year period, in various specifications and in at least 2 locations. Later models are of dubious quality and value. I had a 58 for a while which was OK but left for dead by a decent modern Taiwanese sax.
