Modern Virtuosi straight Soprano saxophone in gold lacquer.

Comes with:
Padded backpack style case with shoulder straps.
Two necks - curved and straight.
Neck Strap.
Mouthpiece, ligature & cap.
Two new Rico 1 1/2 reeds.

It went to Paul Carrington (sax tech) a few weeks ago to have a mid body dent removed, small dent in curved neck removed and new cork fitted, one sticky pad replaced, general check over. Invoice for £40 available.

Slight lacquer haze where dent removed (see photo) and curved neck has a few marks (see photo), otherwise no other marks, damage, dents, dings, tarnishing. Virtuosi sell a range of band instruments. Good starter soprano. Plays well.

£100 collected 5 mins from J1/M6 or J20/M1 or will courier insured for £12 (1-2 days).

I can`t believe no one has bought this, it may not be a Jupiter, Elkhart or BW but Carrington wouldn`t have done the work on it if it hadn`t been a player (He`d have told David to dump it on Fleabay as SoR no doubt) .. if you see it as £25 for the rather nice case (which should fit all separate neck straights) , £3 for the reeds, £7 for the lig and a tenner for the MP, the Sax is £55 including £40 worth of work !

OK, I'll bite. How much do you reckon shipping it to Finland would be? £30? (I think I had a trumpet shipped here for £30, and the case looks about the same size, though maybe the sop is slightly heavier.)

One question though, in the first photo it looks kind of like the entire body is bent to the right, but I assume that's just an illusion?

It's the wide angle lens making it look curved. Don't worry, I've checked it is straight too!
